The programme offers a balance between practical work and relevant theoretical background, structured in three main modules:

- writing: fiction and poetry workshops, run by trained and experienced tutors; courses in contemporary literature and criticism

- editing and publishing course run by an experienced publisher

- teaching: teaching points will be made throughout the MA, but we also offer a teaching course aimed both at school teachers interested in using Creative Writing in their language classes, and at those interested in running Creative Writing workshops
